Pickup and Delivery Questions
We offer our pickup and delivery services Monday - Saturday, from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
We offer several different price options for your convenience.
Weekly Service: $2.00/lb.
Bi-Weekly Service: $2.10/lb.
One-Off Service: $2.15/lb.
Same Day Service: $3.00
The minimum order is 20 pounds or $40.00.
It is easy! Just click on the "Schedule a Pickup" button and input your information.
Your washed and folded clothes will be returned to you between 24-48 hours, depending on the size of the order.
You do not. When you place your order, please put in the driver's notes where you will be leaving your laundry, so we know where to find it.
When you place your order there is a section called "Preferences". You can let us know if you have any special instructions there.
We do not have you sign a contract. You can cancel at any time. But we believe you will continue with our service as long as we continue to provide you with exceptional service.
Like other online services, we ask for your credit card information when you place your order. Your card will not be charged until your laundry is completed.
We suggest putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a trash bag that can be cinched closed.
If you are planning to go out of town, please access your account and suspend your service until you return.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ARTICLES NOT CLAIMED UNCLAIMED GARMENTS WILL BE HANDLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH STATE REGULATIONS.
We exercise utmost care in processing articles entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and condition of each individual article. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses of or defects in materials that are not readily apparent prior to processing. This applies particularly, but not exclusively, to suedes, leathers, silks, satins, double-faced fabrics, vinyls, polyurethanes, etc. Responsibility also is disclaimed for trimmings, buckles, beads, buttons, bells and sequins. In laundering we cannot guarantee against color loss and shrinkage: or against damage to weak and tender fabrics. Differences in count must be reported, and this ticket presented, within 48 hours. Unless a list accompanied the bundle, our count must be accepted. The company's liability with respect to any lost or damaged article shall not exceed 10 times our charge for processing it.
